ORDERING INFORMATION
All items sold through KATERINA ROZA are intended for personal use only. KATERINA ROZA reserves the right to cancel any orders, at any time, in which case all funds paid by the purchaser will be returned.
Orders are processed in our Sydney Studio, within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays and promotional periods).
Modifying or cancelling an order
We do our best to ship orders within 2-3 days of order confirmation. This means we are only able to accept cancellations if we have written notice of your intention to cancel before the items have been shipped.
Order confirmation and tracking
When you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. if you do not receive this right away, please check your junk or spam folders, otherwise, please contact us and we can look into this for you.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed your Australia Post Tracking number
NOTE:Â We do not ship to PO Boxes
Delivery Address Information
Please ensure that you supply us with your correct and up to date postal information. We are not responsible for missing or lost items due to incorrect postal information supplied. We will not refund or replace any item lost as a result of your failure to provide us with correct personal information. Orders marked undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address; may be returned to us and payment of re-shipment of your order will be required.
Once your tracking number has been supplied and your order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you have submitted an incorrect shipping address on your order, and your order has been shipped, we advise to reach out to Australia Post directly, as they may be able to redirect your parcel.Â
When an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for loss/stolen packages.
Should you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your letterbox and arrange with your local postal service for re-delivery or collection.
If you do not arrange for re-delivery or collection promptly, the parcel maybe returned to us and payment of re-shipment of your order will be required.
Although we will do everything reasonable to ensure that your order is sent safely to you, we will not be held liable or responsible for any items lost in the postal process due to:
- incorrect information supplied as a delivery address
- loss/stolen packages requested by receiver to be left at doorstep
