All Katerina Roza jewellery is hand-crafted and made to order.  Please allow 2-3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays and promotional periods) for production before dispatch from our Sydney Studio via Australia Post.  

(This excludes the production lead time for bespoke/custom items)

Express Shipping

Deliveries within Australia take 2-5 business days, and Express Shipping is next business day delivery if you are within the Express Post network. To check if you are within the network, please click here.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed your Australia Post Tracking number.

When your order reaches the destination country & clears customs, it will be passed on to your local postal provider. You may be able to track your order using the tracking number supplied on the website of your local postal service, approximately 3-5 days after your tracking number is supplied as well as via  Australia Post Tracking.

KATERINA ROZA is not responsible for any additional charges associated with international customs & taxes.

For International Shipping – You will be liable to pay your country’s applicable Import/Duty Taxes on receipt of your package. 

If the buyer refuses to accept delivery as they do not want to pay the Duty/Taxes, they then wear the cost of returning the order to us, and this includes the freight cost.  These amounts will be deducted from their refund.


NOTE:  We do not ship to PO Boxes

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. Katerina Roza is not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address.

We will not refund or replace any item lost as a result of your failure to provide us with correct personal information.  Orders marked undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address; and returned to us will incur a re-shipping fee.

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything possible to assist, However, we cannot be held responsible for loss/stolen packages, once proof of delivery is generated. 

Once your tracking number has been supplied and your order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.  If you have submitted an incorrect shipping address on your order, and your order has been shipped, we advise to reach out to Australia Post directly, as they may be able to redirect your parcel.

Should you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your letterbox and arrange with your local postal service for re-delivery or collection.

If you do not arrange for re-delivery or collection promptly, the parcel may be returned to us and you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.


If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

  1. In the case there is damage, contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.
  2. In the case of loss, contact us within 1-2 working days of your expected delivery date so that we may assist you.

If damage has occurred during shipping, all packaging must be retained by receiver and failure to do so, may invalidate any claim with Australia Post.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All jewellery is thoroughly quality controlled and checked for any faults in our Sydney Studio, before they are dispatched to our customers. 

Pre-Orders, Bespoke/Customized pieces, Katerina Roza Gift Vouchers, Sale items, Gift Cards and items purchased during a promotional period are Final Sale.

Consumer guarantees for returns/exchanges do not apply on:

  • Earrings due to Australian health and safety regulations
  • Change of mind
  • Decided you did not like the purchase
  • Decided you had no use for it
  • Misused a product in any way that caused the problem

In the unlikely case, your jewellery arrives and it is faulty, please email us immediately after receiving your order, providing a full description of the fault along with clear images – we are more than happy to make it right! 

Upon receiving your email with images, we will assess, and it is at our digression whether it will be repaired or replaced.  A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be sent to you including information on the process of returning the items.

All jewellery must be returned in original packaging, must be in its original condition, swing tags intact and unworn.

Please note that all of our jewellery is hand-crafted using quality metals and natural gemstones, this means that your jewellery could host minor marks, irregular shapes and inclusions. Because all of our stones are natural products, they are unique and may differ slightly from stone to stone. This could result in the jewellery that you receive differing slightly in colour to the jewellery featured on our website. Screen displays will vary slightly from screen to screen which potentially could result in slight colour variations to what is displayed on screen and in real life. We will not accept returns or exchanges due to the natural marks, inclusions or slight colour differences within our jewellery.

Note:  The term “faulty” specifically refers to a manufacturing defect when a product deviates from its intended design or purpose.  

KATERINA ROZA is not responsible for the following:

  • Damage resulting from mishandling
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or cleaning methods
  • General wear and tear
  • Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment
  • Changes in the appearance of finishes over time

All orders are dispatched from our Sydney Studio via Australia Post – Tracking available on all shipments.


Click on the Australia Post Tracking link and enter your tracking number for an updated shipping status on your order.



The currency that you will be charged in is determined by your shipping destination and will be displayed at Checkout before completing your purchase.

If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) at the daily exchange rate

AfterPay is an interest free payment plan option. The funds for the first payment will need to be available on your card at the time of purchase.

Interest Free: You won’t be charged any extra if you pay on time.

Problem with credit card payment?

Please check the following:

  • there are no spaces in your credit card number
  • your name exactly matches the name on the credit card
